Please provide the following information in relation to the road serving Kestrel Grove. (Specifically, the area of the road between Richmond Way and Eagle Drive.)

Confirmation of whether the road is currently adopted highway maintainable at public expense.

Confirmation of whether a Section 38 Agreement under the Highways Act 1980 is in place in respect of the road. If a Section 38 Agreement exists:

The date it was entered into.

The current status of the agreement.

Whether a bond was secured, and if so, the bond value.

Details of any outstanding works required before adoption.

Copies of any inspection reports, correspondence, enforcement notices, or internal communications since completion of the development relating to the road’s condition or adoption status.

Details of any anticipated timescale for adoption, if applicable.
