Please could you provide me with data based on how many council houses or semi independent living for young people (where they have their own residence and have floating staff) and how much availability there is. 

If possible include the waiting list length too

Dover District Council does not hold the information you are seeking as we do not provide semi-independent housing. This type of accommodation may be provided by the social care authority for our District. The social care authority is Kent County Council, who may be able to assist you and can be contacted at the following address: freedomofinformation@kent.gov.uk.
