Minutes of the contractor council meeting where price increases to membership was discussed and ratified by the council for this year.
Response
There are no minutes of any official Council meetings where membership prices were discussed and approved. Cabinet, at its meeting on 11 September 2017, when it appointed Places Leisure as the operator of the leisure centre, gave delegated authority to the relevant Director and Portfolio Holder to finalise the terms of the contract.
