  1. Please provide documentation identifying the twelve recommendations referenced from the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee discussions concerning port health and water quality. 
  2. Please provide copies of any internal assessments, action plans, or reports produced by Dover District Council in response to these recommendations. 
  3. Please provide copies of correspondence between Dover District Council and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs relating to these recommendations since November 2025. 
  4. Please provide records of any meetings, reports, or actions undertaken by the Port Health team in relation to implementing or pursuing these recommendations.
