  5. If such action at question 4 is intended would it be after the Council determines this application?

Response

  1. These are available on the Council's website as part of the planning application.
  2. The application will only go to Planning Committee if we are minded to approve the application.
  3. This was a temporary stop notice not a stop notice.  It was issued on 16 February 2026 and expires on 13 April 2026.
  4. It was a temporary stop notice, we have now served a stop notice and an enforcement notice.
  5. The Council has already taken action (see response to question 5).
