1. Application reference number

2. Application type (full, outline, householder, change of use, etc.)

3. Application status (approved, refused, withdrawn, pending)

4. Date received

5. Date decided (if applicable)

6. Ward or locality

7. Brief description of development

8. Applicant type (individual, company, public body) — if held
