Please provide a copy of the determination for 2005 & 2006 re the premium charged for holiday homes in the Dover District.

Response

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act, we have established that this information is not held. This is because Dover District Council did not charge a premium

for unoccupied and unfurnished properties (commonly known as the second home charge) in 2005 and 2006.
