• The total number of planning enforcement complaints received
• The number of complaints investigated
• The number of cases where a breach of planning control was identified
• The number of cases resulting in formal enforcement action (including enforcement notices, stop notices or breach of condition notices)
• The number of cases closed with no breach identified
• The number of cases closed where it was determined that it was not expedient to take action

In addition, please provide:

• The current number of open planning enforcement cases
• The number of open cases older than:
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months
• The oldest currently open enforcement case (in months or years)

If readily available within the cost limit, please also provide:

• The average time taken to resolve an enforcement case
