For each of the financial years 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 (to date), please provide:

• The total annual spend on external contractors and agency staff
• The total annual spend on temporary accommodation providers

For the same period, please also provide:

• The top 10 suppliers by total spend in each financial year, including:
  • The name of each supplier
  • The total amount paid to each supplier

For the avoidance of doubt, this request relates to payments to external organisations for the provision of services, including agency staff and contracted services.

If available within the cost limit, please also provide:

• A brief description of the service provided by each of the top 10 suppliers
• The number of contracts awarded without a competitive tender process
