Can you advise if any properties or areas of land within the Local Authority are affected by a live Compulsory Purchase Order? If so, can you provide a list/map of the affected areas?

There are three Compulsory Purchase Order’s in the District currently registered as Local Land Charges: 

  • St James Retail Park Compulsory Purchase Order under HM Land Registry reference LLC-7NY3T and General Vesting Declaration under HM Land Registry reference LLC-7NY38 – plan attached.
  • Richborough Connection Project, General Vesting Declaration under HM Land Registry reference LLC-7NY37 – contact UK Power Networks for plans. 

  • The Pegwell Bay National Grid Nemo Link, General Vesting Declaration is still on the Local Land Charges Register under HM Land Registry reference LLC-7NY3V. Contact UK Power Networks for plans.
