Request

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the council. Please may you provide me with:

• The total number of complaints received about "deprivation of assets" decisions, where the council has decided someone deliberately reduced their assets in order to avoid paying care fees 

I would like the data presented in a table or spreadsheet depending on what is easiest.  

I would like the data broken down for the last five years with a year-end date of 5 April or whichever year-end is most convenient.  

If you cannot provide data for each of these years, then please provide data for the most recent three years.
