I am getting back in touch regarding the Freedom of Information request I made on February 20th. 

I am now making another request in follow to my previous question: In pounds, how much money does the council spend on servicing debt each financial year?  

Please provide figures for the following financial years:

2020-21

2021-22

2022-23

2023-24

2024-25 

How much was the council liable to spend on servicing debt each financial year?  

How much did the council actually spend on servicing debt each financial year? 

Please give answers in pounds. 

Servicing debt refers to the entire sum owed on debt interest payments including both the GF and HRA.

As the Council has not been able to defer any of our servicing of the debts cost, the amount we are liable for and the actual spend in each year is the same.  The information provided to you in response to your earlier request which can be found online at https://www.dover.gov.uk/Corporate-Information/Freedom-of-Information/Freedom-of-information-Disclosure-Log/Responses/FI16736.aspx answers both of your new questions.
