  1. On 27 April 2026, Cllr Kevin Mills met with the management of Betteshanger Country Park and a business resident in the park.  Please can you tell me who was present at this meeting and who the business was. 
  2. Please can you provide a copy of all records /minutes of this meeting on paper /electronic devices , official DDC property or otherwise. 
  3. Cllr-Kevin Mills raised the issue of the sale of Betteshanger Country Park with their Management prior to his meeting on 27th April having first made aware of the sale on Thursday 23 April 2026. Cllr Mills was advised that it had been on the market for a couple of weeks and the management thought that Dover District Council had been informed, Please can you advise who notified Cllr Mills of the sale of BCP on 23rd April and how was this done? (eg phone / in writing / in person ) 
  4. Please can you provide notes / records /phone or paper , personal or DDC devices of this conversation. 
  5. Please can you also provide notes of the conversation between Cllr Mills and Park Management of the 23rd April( phone transcript and or manual notes ).
