  11. Do council have plans to increase the number of operatives employed to undertake this service? 

Response

  1. This is a non-contractual requirement and is a service enhancement intended to add additional bin emptying capacity along the Deal/Walmer seafront to help tackle the increased pressure on the service during the summer season.
  2. Daily where possible, but it will depend on shift patterns.
  3. Normally 8am - 3pm weekdays; 8am - 6pm weekends (including breaks)
