  1.  You explained this was being investigated.  Is there any outcome yet please?
  2. The barriers are exactly the same as the ones installed at the Walmer end start of Wellington Parade.  This seems odd and I'm wondering if the Wellington Parade Residents Association are responsible for carving out Private parking places on public land!  Is this the case please?
  3. As no authorities was given nor a licence will officers have these spaces returned to public places please?

  1.  Yes, the Council will be placing bollards across all the gaps to prevent parking on the Council’s land.
  2. No.
