  1. Please advise the net profits for car parking incomes within the district after operating costs for the last two full financial years? 
  2. Please explain why Council wish to increase current parking charges?  
  3. Please explain why Council are proposing to time limit parking to two hours in some district car parks?  
  4. Please explain why Council refuse to offer 1st hour free car parking despite being given a petition request such to Overview and scrutiny Committee?

  2. The Council has no current plans to increase parking charges.
  3. The Council are not proposing a two-hour time limit in some car parks.
  4. The Council does not hold this information – there has been no petition considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
