Request

Please provide the following data for each of the last two complete financial years (or calendar years if that is how your records are maintained), and a combined total where available:

  1. The total number of parking Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued.
  2. The total value (£) of those PCNs issued.
  3. The number of PCNs that remain unpaid as of the date this request is processed.
  4. The total outstanding value (£) of those unpaid PCNs.
  5. The amount (£) collected from PCNs during the same period.
  6. If available, the number of unpaid PCNs that have:
    • been referred to enforcement agents/bailiffs;
    • been written off; or
    • are subject to ongoing recovery action.

For clarity, I am requesting data relating to on-street and off-street parking PCNs enforced by the council.
