Please provide the following data for each of the last two complete financial years (or calendar years if that is how your records are maintained), and a combined total where available:
- The total number of parking Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued.
- The total value (£) of those PCNs issued.
- The number of PCNs that remain unpaid as of the date this request is processed.
- The total outstanding value (£) of those unpaid PCNs.
- The amount (£) collected from PCNs during the same period.
- If available, the number of unpaid PCNs that have:
- been referred to enforcement agents/bailiffs;
- been written off; or
- are subject to ongoing recovery action.
For clarity, I am requesting data relating to on-street and off-street parking PCNs enforced by the council.
