Please would you provide: 

a) the name and address of each MOT garage  which is authorised to carry out compliance tests of taxis and private hire vehicles for your council

b)  the address of testing station

c) the contractor's registered company number where available

d) the full name of the director/partner/sole trader, where available

Response

I can confirm that the Council does not maintain a list of approved garages for MOT testing.  MOT’s can be carried out at any MOT testing facility.  Dover District Council Licensing Officers carry out the vehicle compliance checks.
