Request

I have searched the Plannng Site History page, and I would like to request that the Planning Team search the following applications for: 

1. All asbestos surveys or references to asbestos within the planning applications;
2. All details and documentation in relation to the demolition of the Old Park Estate including contracts and retainers referenced in the planning applications;
3. All details and documentation in relation to the development of housing on the former site of the Old Park Estate referenced in the planning applications;
4. Details of the company or companies who undertook the demolition and/or subsequent development in the Old Park Estate referenced in the planning applications. 

The list of the planning applications are as follows: 

• Application Number DO/83/0864 – Location Old Park Aylesham
• Application Number DO/79/0784 – Location Old Park Aylehsam Phase 1
• Application Number DO/86/0292– Location Phase III Old Park, Aylesham
• Application Number DO/86/1012– Location Old Park, Aylesham Phase 3
• Application Number DO/85/0366/A – Location Land Opp Dorman Avenue North, Old Park, Aylesham
• Application Number DO/85/0366 – Location Land Opp Dorman Avenue North, Old Park, Aylesham
• Any other planning permissions in relation to Old Park which the planning team can locate

I can confirm that Dover District Council do not hold any information relating to asbestos and hold no details regarding who did the demolition.  The historic planning application documentation is provided via a separate link.
