Response The Council does not hold this information as there is only an overall budget for Members’ IT hardware and software. A new device costs approximately £350. An iPad and keyboard case or laptop is provided to enable Councillors to use a council email address and access the Mod Gov system for agendas. Council officers are instructed to only communicate with elected Members about Council business via official DDC email addresses due to GDPR/data protection requirements.
