• £100 reduction for accredited landlords

HMO licence renewal

• Up to 8 habitable rooms: £920
• Each habitable room above 8:  £50
• £100 reduction for accredited landlords

Housing Act notices

• Improvement and Prohibition notice
  • Simple notice: £525
  • Standard notice: £700
  • Complex notice: £825
  • Plus legal and specialist report costs
  • If the notice is complied to within the permitted time the charge will be cancelled but any specialist report costs will still be payable

• Suspended Improvement and Prohibition notice
  • Simple notice: £825  - charge can be cancelled at our discretion
  • Annual review: £50 
• Emergency Remedial Action
  • Each notice: £850 plus legal and specialist report costs and costs for remedial work
• Demolition Order
  • Each notice: £850 plus legal and specialist report costs
