Senior management structure

Our Chief Executive, Nadeem Aziz, leads the management of Dover District Council. He works alongside two directors to make up our Corporate Management Team.

The operational structure of the council is divided into directorates providing a range of services to the public.

Andy Vincent, Director of Housing and Place

• Waste services

Monitoring Officer and S151 Officer

The Head of Legal and Licensing is our designated Monitoring Officer. The Head of Finance and Investment is our designated S151 Officer.

Although not members of the Corporate Management Team (CMT), both these officers will always have access to the Chief Executive and directors and the CMT agendas before the meetings. They will be free to attend the CMT meetings as they require and will attend routinely on a monthly basis as part of the extended management team.
