Affordable housing statistics

We are committed to increasing the supply of affordable housing across the district. This includes developing new homes owned by us or by our registered provider partners (housing associations), as well as purchasing properties on the open market using reinvested Right to Buy receipts.

Our aim is to ensure there are enough affordable homes to meet residents’ changing needs and to help reduce the housing waiting list and homelessness.

This page will be updated regularly with data on the affordable homes we develop or acquire. Information on homes delivered by registered providers will be added at a later date.

You can find more information about the affordable housing sites we are currently developing and have completed by visiting the webpages below.
