Change in circumstances

It is important that once you are placed in a priority band you let us know of any changes to your circumstances which could affect your banding and housing situation, including:

• a change of address, for yourself or any other person on the application
• any additions to the family or any other person joining the application
• any member of the family or any other person on the application who has left the accommodation
• the health of any member of the family or any other person on the application, getting better or worse
• any change in income or savings.

You will need to log into your Kent Homechoice account and update the relevant section of your application.

Once the application has been updated, your banding will be reassessed and you may be required to provide further supporting information to verify your details.
