Use this page to search for and view planning applications and appeals.

You can search by keyword, application reference, postcode or a single‑line address.

The search results will be displayed in date order with the most recently validated applications appearing first.

Weekly planning lists

Weekly planning lists show the most recent planning applications that have been validated by us each week.

You can view details of each application, including the site address, proposal and application reference number.

To receive the weekly planning list by email each week, you can sign up to our Keep Me Posted subscription service below.

Planning site history

For planning applications between 1940 and 1980, use our planning site history map.

The planning site history map is compiled from historical records and datasets held by us. We aim to keep this information accurate and up to date, but some entries may contain errors or omissions. If you believe any information is incorrect, please contact us so we can review and update our records.

We are adding supporting documents, such as decision notices and approved plans. If a document you need is not available, contact us at developmentmanagement@dover.gov.uk (opens in new tab) and we will arrange for it to be uploaded.

Planning alerts

If you would like to receive planning alerts via the Public Access service you can sign up below. You will receive notifications of new applications and decisions in your area.
