Contacting you by text message

We are now using text messaging (SMS) to contact some of our residents who are in receipt of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support.

Text messages will show as from DoverDC and will either direct you to our website to submit the proof we need to process your claim or invite you to contact us by telephone as the text messages can't be replied to.

If you doubt that the text message is from Dover District Council please contact the Benefits Team on 01304 872199.
