Members Clubs
A club is a members club if:
It is established wholly or mainly for purposes:
- a) other than the provision of facilities for gaming, or for the provision of gaming of a prescribed king and the facilities are not provided for any other kind of gaming in the course of the club's activities
- b) for the benefit of members (and which is not otherwise established or conducted as a commercial enterprise);
- c) not for the purpose of functioning only for a limited period of time and
- d) which has at least 25 individual members
