Club Gaming and Club Machines

There are three types of club dealt with under the Gambling Act 2005:

• Members Clubs »
• Commercial Clubs »
• Miners Welfare Institutes »

These clubs may provide certain types of gaming without the need for a premises licence or operating Licence:

• Equal chance gaming (automatic exemption) »
• Club gaming permit (not commercial clubs) »
• Club machine permit »
