Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to water quality monitoring and governance concerning Deal Castle Beach and the surrounding bathing waters within the Dover District.

Strategic and Operational Meetings

Please provide the agenda, minutes, attendee lists, and any briefing papers for the strategic meeting held on 13 May 2025 between Dover District Council, Southern Water, and the Environment Agency.

Please confirm whether any further strategic meetings have been scheduled since 13 May 2025 and provide copies of any correspondence discussing the scheduling (or absence) of such meetings.

Please provide details of the six operational meetings referenced in recent correspondence, including: dates of meetings participating organisations minutes or notes any action plans or follow-up documents.
