Cabinet has approved the acquisition of 10 affordable units with a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom homes at affordable rent and 3 x 2-bedroom shared ownership homes on this development. The project is currently under construction.

This is a new development and will deliver 6 new homes. Four of these are affordable rent flats, 2 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom. In addition there are 2 x 2 bedroom houses, which will be sold on a shared ownership arrangement. Further details of the shared ownership process can be found on the Dover District Council webpage. Completion of the scheme is anticipated to be Autumn 2025.
