How to pay your rent

• Pay your rent online
  You will need your 14 digit rent reference number (on the bottom right of your plastic payment card). 

• Pay over the phone by calling 01304 872 345
  This is an automated phone service for credit/debit card payments. You will need the 16-digit number across the middle of your plastic payment card.

• Using your online bank account

• You can set up a Direct Debit by contacting us on 01304 801084. You will need your bank details ready and we can answer any questions you may have about setting up or paying your rent by direct debit.   

• At the Post Office or Payzone registered shop using cash or a credit/debit card using your payment card.  Charges may apply. If you lose or damage your payment card, please call us to request a new one on 01304 801084.

Your home is at risk if you do not keep up with your rent payments
Your rent payment is due every Monday.  If you don't pay your rent on time your account will be in arrears and we will take action to recover the arrears. If you find yourself in this position, always contact us.
