Chapter 5 - Non-financial obligations
Non-financial obligations include mainly on-site requirements secured as part of a planning consent such as open space, play areas, affordable housing and are required in the same way as financial triggers at certain stages throughout the development process. Developers are required to submit details and information to show that these on-site provisions have been provided.
