Request a site visit

When you have submitted a valid building control application, you are able to request a site visit.

You must notify us when building work starts and at specific stages of the work. Your application correspondence will confirm which stages need inspection. These depend on the type of work being carried out.

This is the responsibility of both the builder and you as the applicant to request visits at the stages required.
