Estate walkabout dates

Estate walkabouts are regular visits to your area where we meet with tenants to review the condition of the estate, identify any issues and discuss potential improvements.

Everyone is welcome to join, including leaseholders and other members of the community. By taking part, you can highlight concerns, share ideas, and help us keep your neighbourhood safe, clean and well‑maintained.

Check the timetable below to find out when we’ll be in your area - we’d love to see you there!

All walkabouts start at 10am unless otherwise stated. There is no end time as walkabouts vary due to the different sizes of estates and amount of blocks. You can attend for any length of time.

Walkabout dates may change due to unavoidable factors, please check this page prior to the date. If you would like to be notified of changes, email tenantinvolvement@dover.gov.uk.

Estate walkabouts from April to September 2026

Some blocks or roads may not appear on this list, but all areas are still inspected regularly for health and safety purposes.

These walkabouts are community events designed to build our relationships with tenants, communities, councillors and contractors, providing an opportunity to see how our estates can be improved.

If you have an area or block you would like to be included, please contact tenantinvolvement@dover.gov.uk
