New website launch

We are redesigning our website to make it easier for you to access our services online. This is happening in phases so you'll start to notice some parts of the website looking different.

How to get involved

We believe tenants are at the heart of everything we do. Through regular meetings, focus groups, walkabouts and community events, you help us improve housing services, shape policies and build stronger neighbourhoods.

Getting involved as a tenant is a great way to make a real difference in your community.

It can help you boost your CV by learning new skills, improve your confidence and wellbeing, and give you the chance to meet new people.

We encourage tenants to participate independently, however our team is always on hand to support meetings and answer any questions you may have.

How can I get involved?

Tenant expenses

Any tenants or leaseholders who get involved in engagement activities are entitled to expenses to ensure they are not out of pocket.

Expenses forms:

Please send completed forms to tenantinvolvement@dover.gov.uk (opens in new tab)
