All payments may take between two to four working days to be credited to your rent account.
You will need to quote your rent reference number every time you pay your rent. You'll find this at the top of your rent statement or payment card.

You will need your 14 digit rent reference number, located on the bottom right of your plastic payment card.
Pay onlineInternet banking or standing order
You will need the following information if you use internet banking or if you wish to set up a standing order payment with your bank.

- Reference: Your rent reference
If you set up monthly or weekly rent payments don’t forget your rent payments may change on the 1 April each year.
Pay by phone
This is an automated phone service for debit and credit card payments. You will need the 16 digit number across the middle of your credit/debit card.

You can set up a Direct Debit by contacting us. You will need your bank details ready and we can answer any questions you may have about setting up payments.

Post Office or Payzone
You can pay at the Post Office or at a Payzone registered shop using cash or a credit/debit card with your rent payment card. Charges may apply.
If you lose or damage your payment card, please call us to request a new one on 01304 801084
If you don't pay or are struggling to pay
Your rent payment is due every Monday. If you don't pay your rent on time your account will be in arrears and we will take action to recover the arrears.
