Report a repair

We are committed to making sure our residents live in well maintained, warm and secure homes.

If you need a repair to your home, please report this to us using the relevant contact details below.

Some repairs and maintenance are your responsibility. Before contacting us, it's worth seeing if it's something we can help with or something you can do yourself.


Our repair responsibilities

General household or communal repairs

Report all general repairs directly to our contractor Mears, providing all relevant information, including any vulnerabilities you may have.

If you live in a new build property (under 12 months old), please see your home user guide as new build repairs are carried out by the developer or construction company under what is called the 'defects period'.


Gas, hot water or central heating repairs

Report gas, hot water or central heating repairs directly to Sureserve Compliance South.


Planned repairs, maintenance and more

You can speak to our housing maintenance and planned repairs team about an outstanding repair, to book a maintenance inspection, for new kitchens or bathrooms, for disabled adaptations to your home and for other enquiries.

How we prioritise your repairs
