General household or communal repairs
Report all general repairs directly to our contractor Mears, providing all relevant information, including any vulnerabilities you may have.

If you live in a new build property (under 12 months old), please see your home user guide as new build repairs are carried out by the developer or construction company under what is called the 'defects period'.
