Apply for a parking refund

You can apply for refunds for:

  • pay and display tickets – refunds are only available if our machines or systems were faulty
  • parking permits – you must cancel your permit through your My Permit account. We’ll be notified automatically and any refund will be calculated and returned to the card used for payment.

What to do if you buy a parking session for the wrong vehicle on RingGo

We do not refund duplicate parking sessions purchased by mistake through RingGo. If you buy a session for the wrong vehicle registration in error and notice within 15 minutes, you can amend the active session.
