Our online parking permit system My Permits makes it easy to manage permits or request tradesperson waivers from any device.

Once registered, you'll be able to:

• buy, view, amend and renew your permits and tradesperson waiver
• park as soon as your application is approved - your permit is virtual so there's no need to wait for a paper permit
• easily update your vehicle and personal details
• purchase visitor permits.

When you register

When you register with My Permits you will be asked to upload your proof documents, for example your V5 registration document or proof of address/business.

This will only be requested once (unless you change your vehicle or address) so renewing will be easy.

When you renew

The My Permits system will send you a reminder one month before your permit expires, however it is your responsibility to renew your permit.

When you want to renew, do not start a new application, just select the 'renew' button. You do not have to upload proof documents again, unless you've changed vehicles/address.

Two cars on one permit

You can have two registrations on a permit, but only one car can use the permit at any one time.

You will need to go into your online account and make 'active' whichever vehicle needs to be covered by the permit on any particular day.
