We provide a limited range of financial assistance to help fund repairs and improvements to private dwellings to bring them up to the 'Decent Homes Standard', to increase energy efficiency or to adapt your home for a disabled person

Advice on lowering your consumption and saving money

Home Improvement Agency (HIA) »

The HIA provides advice and assistance to help you carry out works to your home and to live independently. This includes the handyperson service to carry out minor repairs at low cost for disabled, vulnerable and elderly residents
