If you’re a council tenant and need to contact us, there are several ways to get in touch.

Below you’ll find the relevant teams and their contact details. Please note that our phone lines can be busy during peak times and you may experience waits of up to six minutes. The information you need may already be on our website, so do take a look before contacting us.

For matters relating to your property, including:

  • reporting heating/hot water issues
  • planned maintenance enquiries including kitchens, bathrooms and roofs.
  • requesting permission to do your own repairs or alterations to the property

If you live in a new build property (under 12 months old), please see your home user guide as new build repairs are carried out by the developer or construction company under what is called the defects period.
