We are redesigning our website to make it easier for you to access our services online.
This is happening in phases so you'll start to notice some parts of the website looking different.
We believe in being open and transparent with our tenants and residents.
We publish housing performance information every three months (quarterly). This allows you to see how our housing services are performing throughout the year on key service standards.
Our quarterly reports provide updates on:
repairs and maintenance
building safety
complaints handling
lettings
rent collection
anti-social behaviour and hate incidents
domestic abuse
evictions
The performance indicators shown below are regularly reviewed and monitored through our governance and tenant engagement framework. Performance is reported to:
the Housing Working Group on a monthly basis
Cabinet on a quarterly basis
the Dover District Tenant Consultative Group on a quarterly basis
Regular reporting helps ensure that housing performance is scrutinised and opportunities for improvement are identified to continually improve services for tenants.
We want tenants to help us shape and improve our services, and scrutinising our performance goes a long way in making sure we're delivering on our commitments.
One way to have your say is by joining the Dover District Tenant Consultative Group. The group reviews our housing performance, shares tenants' views and helps influence decisions to ensure services meet the needs of residents.
