Out of Hours

Our Housing Management Department offices are closed from 5pm on Friday 23rd December 2022 and reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Ordinarily we are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Whilst our offices are closed, emergency repairs (such as serious leaks/flooding, no heating/hot water etc) can still be reported as normal during this time.

Reporting Repairs

You can still report repairs to Mears and Gas Call Services, especially if you have emergency repairs such as leaking water and no heating and/or hot water.


Any Antisocial Behaviour must be reported to Kent Police. In an emergency call 999 and other instances call 101 or report it on their website. Please continue to use diary sheets, or recording ASB and send them in to us when we reopen in January.

Fire and Rescue

As always in an emergency, please contact the emergency services on 999. Kent Fire and Rescue have a new website with lots of helpful information and advice.

Southern Water

If you have an issue with the main drainage system please contact Southern Water on 0330 303 0368.
