By law, we must inspect the gas appliances in your home once a year. Our contractor, Sureserve Compliance South (SCS), will contact you to book an appointment at a convenient time.
Your gas boiler must be serviced every year. If it isn’t, it could produce carbon monoxide — a poisonous, invisible, odourless gas that can kill a person in minutes.
Please make sure our staff or contractors can access your home to carry out these essential checks. If access is refused, we may have to force entry, and you will be responsible for any damage caused.
All staff and contractors carry official ID. Always ask to see it. If you are unsure about a visit, contact the company they say they work for to confirm.
