For use in Snargate Street in Dover. The permit is valid in the bays marked on the street.

We have a scheme to provide hoteliers in Deal and Sandwich with late afternoon/early morning parking for their guests.

Participating hotels can issue parking permits to their guests to cover parking from 4pm until 10am.

Where can you park with this permit?

Valid for use at the Quay car park in Sandwich and Beach Street car park in Deal.

Permit cost

• £30 per book (20 tickets per book)

• Business permits are valid for either 6 or 12 months, depending on which one you buy.
• You will need to set up an online My Permits account and then complete an application form. Set up a My Permits account.
• Permits are only available for cars, motorcycles (with or without sidecar) and light vans not exceeding 3,500 kg in weight, 5.55m long, 2.5m high or 2.1m wide excluding wing mirrors. Please note that Camden Crescent has a height restriction of 2.1m.
• We operate a virtual permit scheme meaning you don't have to display a permit in your vehicle.
• You can have two registrations on a permit, but only one car can use the permit at any time. You will need to log into your account and tick whichever vehicle needs to be covered by the permit on any particular day.
• If you break any of the Traffic Order conditions (available to view at the our offices during working hours), your permit will become invalid and be withdrawn.
• The purchase of a permit does not guarantee the availability of a parking space.
• The permit does not allow the vehicle to be parked on yellow line restrictions.
• Refunds are given if you cancel your parking permit.
• Our permit system will send you a reminder one month before your permit expires, however it is your responsibility to renew the permit.
• Permits are not transferable from one person to another.
• To qualify for a permit, vehicles must be taxed and have a current MOT. If a vehicle is found to not be taxed or have a valid MOT, the permit may be withdrawn or refused.
• We may refuse to issue permits to anyone with three or more unpaid Penalty Charge Notices that haven’t been appealed.
