We are writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. As the FOI portal does not permit document uploads, please note that the attached document has been supplied by KCC. I have submitted a FOI request and provided the number 1212734.  

We ask that you confirm whether DDC holds this documentation. In addition, please provide the names and roles of all DDC attendees, as well as any representatives, including elected officers' from other public bodies who were present at the meeting held at DDC on 21/07/2025. 

We also request that you provide the documents listed in the actions arising from this meeting.
