Value of Involvement

At Dover District Council, we believe that tenants are at the heart of everything we do. Through regular meetings, focus groups, walkabouts and community events. Your feedback, ideas, and experiences help us improve housing services, shape policies, and build stronger neighbourhoods.

Whether it's influencing repairs contracts, helping design new tenancy agreements, or celebrating community pride through garden competitions, your voice has empowered change.

We engage with Tenants in many ways, but to be open and transparent about how these methods directly impact services, we have listed outcomes for meetings and surveys below:

We’re proud to work in partnership with you to create homes and communities that reflect your needs and aspirations. Thank you for being part of the journey.
